This Privacy Policy explains how the Sagar Motors staff application ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information. The App is an internal human-resources and attendance tool provided to employees of Sagar Motors. By using the App you agree to this policy.
For some departments, attendance may be marked using a face-scan device (Staffly Vision). In that case a facial match is used solely to identify the employee and record the corresponding attendance punch. This data is used only for attendance and is not used for any other purpose.
We do not sell your personal data. Your information is accessible to your employer (Sagar Motors) for HR and payroll administration, and to our hosting and infrastructure providers strictly to operate the App. We may disclose information if required by law.
Attendance, payroll, and related records are retained for as long as your employment and applicable legal/accounting requirements demand, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled servers. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your HR administrator or us at the address below. Some records may be retained where required for legal or payroll reasons.
The App is intended for employees and is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL with an updated effective date.
